Under Hamar performancefestival gjør Sylwia Hanff performancer både ute i det offentlige rom og inne i Kunstbanken. Hanff er butoh-danser og en pioner i sitt kunstuttrykk i Polen, og hun opptrer i Polen og i utlandet. Hun jobber i møte med rommet og naturen med et sanselig og lyttende uttrykk i musikalske landskap. Den akusmatiske musikken er ved Alexandre Yterce.
Hanff har en allsidig kompetanse som hun anvender i sitt kunstneriske uttrykk. Hun arbeider blant annet som koreograf, regissør, danseterapeut og yogalærer. Hun har studert vestlige og østlige, moderne og eldgamle teknikker for kroppskontroll, og har en MA i filosofi, med teoretisk bakgrunn i teaterantropologi.
Siden 2002 har hun drevet Limen Butoh Theatre, hvor hun har laget over 25 solo- og gruppeforestillinger samt mange etyder og improvisasjoner. Hanff er kurator for prosjekter innen kunstnerisk og kulturell utdanning samt sosiokulturelle prosjekter. Hennes kunstneriske arbeid og metoder er beskrevet i flere bøker, bl.a. i boken Intense Bodily Presence av Magdalena Zamorska. Sylwia Hanff har stått på scenen i 26 år og så langt har hun spilt i over 40 institusjonelle og uavhengige teaterforestillinger.
Alexandre Yterce (basert i Frankrike) er en totalkunstner – musiker, maler, fotograf, poet, skuespiller og filmskaper. Han er en uavhengig komponist som ikke anser musikk som et territorium isolert fra virkeligheten, men et av de grunnleggende virkemidlene for å fornye bevisstheten. Han gjør også sceniske handlinger og iscenesettelser av poetiske tekster på ulike teatre, akkompagnert av instrumentale kreasjoner og konkret musikk som han kaller «Dramafonier».

At Hamar Performance Festival Sylwia Hanff will work both outdoors in public spaces and inside Kunstbanken. Hanff is a butoh dancer and a pioneer in her artistic expression in Poland, performing both in Poland and abroad. She works with her surroundings and nature in a somatic approach together with a musical landscape. The acousmatic music is by Alexandre Yterce.
Hanff is a choreographer, director, dance therapist, yoga teacher and culture manager and she has studied both Western and Eastern modern and ancient body control techniques. She holds an MA in philosophy, with a theoretical background in theater anthropology.
Sylwia Hanff curates projects within artistic and cultural education as well as socio-cultural projects. She has performed for 26 years and has so far appeared in over 40 institutional and independent theater productions. Since 2002, she has run the Limen Butoh Theatre, where she has created over 25 solo and group performances as well as many etudes and improvisations. Her artistic work and methods are well documented, including the book Intense Bodily Presence by Magdalena Zamorska.
Alexandre Yterce (based in France) is a total artist – musician, painter, photographer, poet, actor, and filmmaker. He is an independent composer who does not consider music as a territory isolated from reality, but one of the fundamental means of renewing consciousness. He also gives scenic actions and stagings of poetic texts in various theaters accompanied by instrumental creations and concrete music that he calls «Dramaphonies».
